Bridges Parenting Group

BRIDGES is a family-focused program for parents of middle school students. It uses evidence-based strategies to help parents help their teens manage the stresses and demands of middle school, and help prepare them for success down the road. The program consists of 4 sessions and serves as a parenting check-up as teens enter a new and often challenging developmental period. Dr. Jensen serves as the primary leader of this group.
